Then Vila Vita Parc is looking for a talented Social Media Specialist to enhance our online presence and engage our community across multiple platforms!
Lead Our Social Media Content Creation and Engage with Our Audience:
- Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with Vila Vita Parc’s luxury brand positioning;
- Manage and grow our presence across key platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok;
- Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content using social media management tools;
- Collaborate with the Content and Design teams to produce visually stunning, on-brand content;
- Stay ahead of trends to keep our content fresh, relevant, and innovative.
- Foster relationships with our followers, guests, and influencers;
- Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a professional and timely manner;
- Monitor and moderate user-generated content to ensure alignment with brand standards;
- Develop partnerships with influencers, bloggers, and brand ambassadors to amplify our reach.
Track and Optimize Performance:
- Analyze engagement, reach, follower growth, and conversions;
- Conduct A/B testing and implement insights to optimize content;
- Create monthly reports to evaluate success and identify opportunities for improvement.

- 2-4 years of experience in social media management, preferably in luxury hospitality, travel, or lifestyle;
- Proven track record of growing brand presence and engagement;
- Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (Metricool, Later, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics);
- Strong creative skills, with experience in content creation, copywriting, and visual storytelling;
- Fluency in English; Portuguese and other languages are a plus.
