Detalhes da Função:
Receber, aconselhar e atender os clientes;
Organizar os serviços a decorrer na sala e coordenar a distribuição de tarefas pela equipa;
Assegurar a gestão, formação e suporte da equipa (FOH);
Respeitar e fazer cumprir os standards definidos para o conceito do espaço;
Assegurar o bom funcionamento do espaço;
Perfil e Requisitos:
Experiência profissional em funções semelhantes (preferencial);
Conhecimento de línguas estrangeiras (inglês - requisito; outras línguas - preferencial);
Capacidade de liderança e gestão de conflitos;
Forte orientação para o cliente;
Boa capacidade de comunicação e organização;
Facilidade na interação com as equipas;

Function Details:
Receive, advise and serve customers;
Organize the services taking place in the room and coordinate the distribution of tasks among the team;
Ensure team management, training and support (FOH);
Respect and enforce the standards defined for the concept of the space;
Ensure the proper functioning of the space;
Profile and Requirements:
Professional experience in similar functions (preferred);
Knowledge of foreign languages (English - requirement; other languages - preferred);
Leadership and conflict management skills;
Strong customer orientation;
Good communication and organization skills;
Ease of interaction with teams;
