As a Pastry Intern at Vila Vita Parc, you will have the opportunity to hone your skills and thrive in a dynamic culinary environment. With a central pastry kitchen catering to multiple dining outlets, you will immerse yourself in the art of pastry creation for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and beyond. Vila Vita Parc Branding and Commitment:
- Demonstrate a steadfast commitment to the values and mission of Vila Vita Parc, contributing to the preservation and strengthening of the brand's reputation and identity in all areas of operation.
- Represent and promote the Vila Vita Parc brand in all interactions and activities, ensuring that our standards of quality and excellence associated with our resort are maintained and reinforced.
Pastry Production:
- Create a variety of artisanal pastries, desserts, and baked goods for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and bar service, ensuring quality and consistency across all outlets.
Menu Development:
- Collaborate with chefs and culinary teams to develop pastry menus that complement the overall dining experience and showcase seasonal ingredients and flavors.
Production Planning:
- Assist in planning production schedules to meet the demands of multiple dining outlets, optimizing efficiency while maintaining high standards of quality and freshness.
Quality Control:
- Conduct regular quality checks on pastry products to ensure they meet our standards of excellence in taste, texture, and presentation.
Hygiene and Sanitation:
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the pastry kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations and best practices at all times.
Personal Competencies:
- Respect the rules of the establishment regarding personal appearance, hygiene, and the working environment.
- Be flexible and autonomous in your role, capable of adapting to changing circumstances and taking initiative when needed.
- Manage stress effectively, maintaining composure and professionalism even during busy or challenging times.
