Garantir o apoio e auxílio ao grupo VDL, seus clientes e colaboradores, bem como prestar auxilio em situações de emergência. | Ensure support and assistance to the VDL group, its customers and employees, as well as providing assistance in emergency situations.
Detalhe da Função:
- Assistir e cooperar com o Chefe de Equipa;
- Assegurar o bom funcionamento das áreas da propriedade e/ou geridas pelo Grupo VDL através do cumprimento dos Procedimentos e Regulamentos internos da empresa;
- Prestar assistência ao Chefe de Equipa em todo o tipo de situação e emergências;
- Auxiliar e resolver questões que possam ser apresentadas pelos dos beneficiários dos serviços prestados pelo Departamento e que carecem de ajuda ou resolução;
- Assegurar o bom funcionamento do resort shuttle VDL.
Perfil e Requisitos:
- Experiência profissional relevante (mínimo 4 anos) em funções semelhantes;
- Experiência profissional atendimento ao publico;
- Conhecimento do Setor de Segurança Privada (preferencial);
- Formação em Primeiros Socorros e SBV+DAE (preferencial);
- Mínimo 12º ano de escolaridade;
- Conhecimento de língua inglesa (obrigatório) e outras línguas (preferencial);
- Carta de condução de viaturas ligeiras com categoria B (obrigatório);
- Disponibilidade para trabalhar com turnos e folgas rotativas.

Function Detail:
- Assist and cooperate with the Team Leader;
- Ensure the smooth functioning of the areas owned and/or managed by the VDL Group through compliance with the company's internal Procedures and regulations;
- Provide assistance to the Team Leader in all types of situations and emergencies;
- Assist and resolve issues that may be presented by beneficiaries of the services provided by the Departement and that require help or resolution;
- Ensure the smooth operation of the VDL shuttle resort.
Profile and Requirements:
- Relevant professional experience (minimum 4 years) in similar roles;
- Professional experience serving the public;
- Knowledge of the Private Security Sector (preferred);
- Training in First Aid and BLS+DAE (preferred);
- Minimum 12th year of schooling;
- Knowledge of English (mandatory) and other languages (preferred);
- Driving license for light vehicles with category B (mandatory);
- Availability to work rotating shifts and days off.
