- Oversee reservations, table assignments, and service flow to create a seamless dining experience;
- Provide expert guidance on our extensive menu and wine list, enhancing guests' culinary journeys;
- Maintain the highest standards of service, ensuring impeccable presentation and ambiance;
- Anticipate guests’ needs, resolve issues swiftly, and create memorable moments;
- Coordinate and execute special events, including weddings, private dinners, and group functions;
- Train and mentor the team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Are You the Hospitality Hero We’re Looking For?
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a luxury hospitality environment;
- Strong leadership and team management skills;
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities;
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized;
- Ability to remain calm and composed in fast-paced settings;
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus);
- A polished and professional appearance.
