Join the Vila Vita Family... We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Painter with greenhouse painting experience to join our team.
If you are passionate about colors, textures, and have experience painting surfaces in controlled environments, this opportunity is for you.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Creating wall textures;
- Doing decorative painting;
- Applying varnish to wooden elements, such as doors and windows;
- Performing polishing;
- Assessing the condition of the paint and the state of walls, doors, windows, etc.;
- Measuring the area to be painted;
- Determining the best type of finish;
- Making models to study colors, shadows, shapes, planes, and lighting effects, whenever necessary;
- Assisting in the choice of paints;
- Preparing the work area, as well as all equipment and tools;
- Preparing the surface of the structure to be painted or varnished (may include removing paint and applying fillers to smooth the surface);
- Mixing materials in correct proportions (suitable for paints, varnishes, drying agents, thinners, fillers, oils, etc.).
For this position, it is desirable to have:
- Minimum educational qualification at the 9th-grade level or equivalent in the field of Painting;
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the field;
- Mastery of knowledge in the area of analysis and preparation of paints for surface painting and implementation of the necessary care with the equipment used;
- Ability to organize work autonomously and methodically;
- Ease of interpersonal communication and teamwork;
- Driver's license;
- Sense of responsibility and proactivity;
- Immediate availability.
