We are assisting our client in recruiting an Operations Manager for a luxury hotel committed to providing exceptional guest experiences. As the hotel continues to grow, they seek an experienced leader to oversee daily operations, ensuring high service standards and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership: Manage all hotel departments (front office, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, guest services).
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate staff to maintain high service levels.
Guest Experience: Ensure consistent, high-quality guest service and resolve any issues promptly.
Budget & Cost Control: Oversee departmental budgets and implement cost control measures.
Quality Standards: Maintain cleanliness, service, and safety standards, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Strategic Planning: Work with senior leadership to align operational strategies with the hotel's goals.
Staff Training: Promote staff development through training and performance reviews.
Reporting: Prepare reports and analyze data to recommend operational improvements.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's in Hospitality Management or related field.
Experience: Previous Front Office Manager or Rooms Division Manager in a luxury or 5-star hotel.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive excellence.
Financial Acumen: Strong budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting skills.
Communication: Excellent communication skills with staff, guests, and management.
Problem-Solving: Quick and effective resolution of operational issues.
Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
