KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the Finance Manager and all the local Managers in decision making process, throught relevant analysis and reporting.
- Utilize Planning and Control systems and processes to deliver timely and accurate management accounts to support internal decision-making, with a focus on profitability, cash, working capital, cost reduction.
- Support Programming and quarterly Forecasts processes, providing relevant information to the management.
- Support management’s decision making process in preparing ad-hoc analysis. Uses data to advise management on decisions for performance improvements, risk or opportunities Management.
- Support the financial auditing, risk analysis and cash control ensuring a culture of compliance.
- Prepare a complete Reporting set analyzing variances between planned and actual on: Sales, Contribution Margins, Industrial Operations, Structure costs. Prepares variance explanations and commentaries.
- Capex analysis preparation.
- Reviews analysis results, develops insightful suggestions for investment, sourcing, cost reduction and business decisions. FP&A Specialist are in frequent contact with all areas of the enterprise including operations, sales, marketing, treasury and accounting.
- Build an effective and advantageous relationship with Corporate, giving timely answers and proposing value added improvements.
Profile:
- >3-5 years in controlling
- Preferably experience in International work environment, multicultural interpersonal skills
- Good accounting knowledge
- Degree in Economics or in Business Administration
- English fluent
- IT knowledge: ERP (SAP is a plus); Office Package,
- Advanced in Excel, Reporting and Analysis tools
