Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Design and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the hospitality industry.
- Manage the entire recruitment cycle, from candidate screening to onboarding.
- Partner closely with department leaders to understand their needs and identify ideal candidates.
- Leverage diverse recruitment channels, including social media, job postings, and networking events.
- Conduct interviews and candidate assessments, offering constructive feedback to hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to refine and enhance processes continually.
Required Technical Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and selection methods.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Proficiency with sourcing tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn.

What Will Set You Apart:
- Education: A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, ideally within luxury hospitality or the hotel sector.
- Languages: Fluency in Portuguese and a strong command of English.
