Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the hospitality industry.
  • Manage the entire recruitment cycle, from candidate screening to onboarding.
  • Partner closely with department leaders to understand their needs and identify ideal candidates.
  • Leverage diverse recruitment channels, including social media, job postings, and networking events.
  • Conduct interviews and candidate assessments, offering constructive feedback to hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to refine and enhance processes continually.

Required Technical Expertise:

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment and selection methods.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Proficiency with sourcing tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn.

  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, ideally within luxury hospitality or the hotel sector.
  • Languages: Fluency in Portuguese and a strong command of English.
