As a room division manager, your first responsibility is to oversee the front office and housekeeping departments.

You should ensuring the efficient operation guest services, housekeeping services and room accommodations.

 

Duties and responsibilities:

Lead and manage the front office team;

Oversee the reservation department;

Develop, implement and manage the guest services;

Manage the housekeeping department;

Implement standards to all the departments of responsibility;

Oversee cleanliness of resort's public areas;

Provide training to the team;

Budget preparation and management;

 

Profile and Requirements: 

Professional experience in similar functions, with minimum 2 years experience;

Higher education;

Knowledge of foreign languages (English - requirement; other languages - preferred);

Good communication and organization skills;

Strong customer orientation;

Team spirit, flexibility, dynamism and proactivity;

Ease of interaction with the team.
