Lead Your Team in Subtropical Gardens:
Be one of the masterminds behind our verdant gardens, overseeing all aspects of plant care and green space maintenance. Your leadership will ensure our outdoor areas remain a flourishing haven for guests and a source of pride for the entire team. Your days will be filled with a variety of tasks, from planning work and supervising irrigation to managing budgets and implementing sustainable practices. You'll possess a deep understanding of local flora and fauna, ensuring the perfect plant selection for our unique environment. Problem-solving is key! You'll anticipate challenges like pests and diseases, implementing effective solutions to keep our gardens ever green. Are You the Experienced Leader We're Looking For?
We're seeking a passionate and experienced Green Spaces Supervisor with a proven track record of success in leading and motivating a team.
Your extensive knowledge will encompass:
- A degree in Agronomy or a related field;
- General knowledge of computers and information management applications;
- General knowledge of irrigation systems and control automation;
- Professional experience in garden maintenance management (Leadership spirit, ability to manage and coordinate work teams, good interpersonal relationship and conflict management skills, ability to adapt in a multicultural environment);
- Sense of autonomy and responsibility;
- Fluency in Portuguese (verbal and written);
- General knowledge of English (verbal and written);
- Driver's license;
- Ability to organize activities to respond to service requests, interacting with other members of the work team (Ability to deal with new and unforeseen situations);
- Good interpersonal relationship and conflict management skills;
- Immediate availability.
