Director of Finance
Our client, a reputable company in the hospitality sector, is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Director of Finance. This role involves overseeing all accounting and financial activities while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The successful candidate will have a strategic vision, strong leadership skills, and a hands-on approach to financial management.
Responsibilities
- Manage and control the company’s annual budget and financial operations.
- Prepare forecasts, financial projections, and cash flow analyses.
- Supervise the preparation of Consolidated Management Accounts and management reports.
- Implement and monitor internal control procedures (SOP) and ensure adherence to USALI Chart of Accounts.
- Lead and oversee the annual audit process.
- Analyze and control balance sheets, providing detailed financial reports.
- Plan and manage a high-performing finance team, fostering development and accountability.
- Utilize accounting software and systems to optimize financial performance and reporting.
Hard Skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Primavera, Host, and Outlook.
- Proficiency in data analysis and financial reporting tools.
- 3 to 5 years in Accounting or Finance leadership roles.
- Proven experience leading teams and departments.
- Strong expertise in financial analysis and accounting software.
- Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
